Classical Yoga

This is an alignment based class using props and The Great Yoga Wall. The wall can be an important tool for advancing your practice, correcting underlying muscular skeletal imbalances, cultivating strength, stability and flexibility. By using gravity as a natural form of resistance, the yoga wall allows you to safely create space and release tension. It is exceptionally beneficial for spinal health. Using the straps provides traction and decompression of the spine. Wednesdays at 5.45 - 7.00 p.m.

Reiki Share: Experience Reiki

- A great way to try Reiki! Our amazing Reiki practitioners will be here to practice and share. Participants lie down on massage tables while one or multiple practitioners gather around, placing their hands on or over them to facilitate the flow of Reiki energy. Reiki shares offer a unique opportunity to experience the benefits of Reiki, such as stress reduction, anxiety relief, and promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
