Perfect for new beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this gentle and slow-paced practice cultivates your inner calm and resilience. We practice standing and on the floor, but you may use a chair for part or all of the class. Progress at your own pace and explore yoga in a way that is challenging but safe. We emphasize softness, flow, relaxation and feeling good in your body while developing resilient strength. Class ends with stretches and guided relaxation.
