Yoga Tune Up® Workshop
Yoga Tune Up® is an innovative approach to self-care that helps reduce stress, relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall performance in daily life and athletic activities. Suitable for all bodies and fitness levels, this practice combines mindful movement, breathwork, conscious relaxation, and therapy ball self-massage to release tension and restore balance.
In this workshop we’ll focus on the pelvis and hips. Imbalances here affect everything else, from feet to knees to shoulders and neck. You’ll leave this class feeling more open, grounded and relaxed.

Each class will follow a thoughtfully designed sequence of alignment-based yoga postures, using props and The Great Yoga Wall to provide support, encourage proper alignment, and create opportunities to explore each posture with greater awareness.
Breathwork and focused attention will be woven throughout the practice, helping to cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind.
Whether you are newer to yoga or looking to refine your existing practice, this series offers an opportunity to slow down, explore, and experience yoga with greater awareness and intention.
